DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COST
We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 16:00 GMT+1 time, we ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The costs depend on the distance and weight of your order.
In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Your package may be handed over to another postal handler in your country. You can often find this information in your original order confirmation email.
To clarify whether this is the case with your order, you can always contact our customer service.
Customs has the right to hold your package for 45 days.
This almost never happens, but this is a possibility.

We are located in the Denmark in the European Union. No import costs will be charged between the EU member states.
In some cases outside the EU import costs may be charged. This is often only after a certain amount has been spent. This can differ per country.
